Christoph Reinert and Prof. Dr. Claudia Buengeler, along with their co-authors, have published a paper titled “Reviewing and Revisiting the Processes and Emergent States Underlying Team Diversity Effects” in Small Group Research. The systematic review synthesizes two decades of research on team diversity, revealing critical gaps in theory and methodology while proposing a dynamic framework to advance the understanding of team diversity and effectiveness.
